1. Who we are and what this site is
AirRomania.com is published by Foodspot ApS, CVR 45487652, Vandets Kvarter 1, 4700 Næstved, Denmark ("we", "us"). Contact: info@airromania.com. AirRomania is an independent travel-information service about travelling to and within Romania. We are not an airline, not a travel agency, not a tour operator and not the merchant of record for any journey. We do not sell tickets, accommodation or any other travel service, and we do not take bookings or payments on this site.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not copy, scrape, frame or republish substantial parts of the site, use automated tools to extract its content, or interfere with its operation. You may link to any page of the site.
3. Information, sources and accuracy
We aim to publish only information we have checked. Each page states where the information comes from and how far we have verified it; the page "How we verify" explains the levels we use. Travel information changes without notice: timetables, routes, prices, opening hours and entry rules can differ from what we publish. Always confirm with the airline, airport, accommodation or authority before you rely on it. Where we quote an official source, the source's own terms apply to that content.
4. The journey planner
The journey-planning panel on the home page is currently a display-only planning aid. It does not send information to us or to anyone else, and it does not check availability, prices or make a reservation. Any planning or inspiration shown on the site is general information, not an offer, booking or confirmation.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to official sources (for example airport operators) and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Leaving AirRomania.com means the other site's terms apply.
6. Photographs and content
Text, layout and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. Photographs are used under the licence of the platform they come from and remain the property of their photographers. You may not reuse photographs from this site.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including missed flights, costs of changed plans, or decisions taken on the basis of information that later proved out of date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for gross negligence or intent, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice. In short: no cookies, no analytics, no accounts, and no forms that send data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site changes what it does. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
