What we cannot do
AirRomania is an independent travel information service. It is not an airline, a carrier, a travel agency or a ticket issuer, so it holds no booking of yours and cannot change one. If your question is about a journey you have already booked, the airline or the company you booked with is the only party that can act on it.
- Changing, cancelling or refunding a booking
- Check in, seating, baggage or anything else that happens at the airport
- Anything about a ticket you bought somewhere else

We answer as quickly as we can and would rather send a careful answer than a fast one. We do not use an automated reply, so silence means your message is still in the queue, not that it was missed.
